Donald Trump is the 45th president of the United States. He took office on January 20, 2017 after defeating Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton. Formerly he was a real estate mogul and a reality TV star. Having followed his father Frederick Trump into a career in real estate development, Trump’s business ventures include The Trump Organization, Trump Tower, Grand Hyatt New York, and Atlantic City casinos. He hosted The Apprentice from 2003-2015 and owned the Miss Universe brand from 1996-2015.
